I have a passion for great ingredients, unpretentious cooking and creating classic and playful diner food with bold flavors.
John began cooking at the age of 14 – in a diner. A career-long passion for cooking has taken him around the world; his love of Florida led him and his wife back to Tarpon Springs.
The diner and his cooking are like Tarpon Springs itself – a little bit Southern, a little bit Florida, a lot of bit Greek, but mostly warm and fun.
